Getting help
For an app issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version if known, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help; crop out private notes and other personal information first.
Your notes
The current prototype keeps notes on your device. We cannot view or recover them remotely. To delete a note, clear its text in the lesson and save the blank note. Please contact us before reinstalling if you are concerned about losing notes.
Privacy requests
Use the same email address for questions about your information or to request deletion of support correspondence. You do not need to send your notes or a password. Read our privacy notice for more detail.
When can I download Serius?
Serius is in development for iPhone. A public App Store link will appear on this website when the app is available.
