This notice describes the Serius website and current app prototype. Serius is in development. We will update this notice before introducing new data collection or releasing the public app.

When you visit this website
This website has no newsletter signup, account system, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts added by Serius. Its pages, images, and font are served by Vercel. Vercel processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the site. This information is subject to Vercel’s hosting practices and retention settings. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
Notes in the current app
The current prototype saves notes, onboarding progress, and completion state locally on your device. It has no Serius account or cloud note-sync service, and does not send your note contents to a Serius server. Device or operating-system backups may contain app data depending on your settings. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove your local notes; Serius cannot recover a server copy.
To remove an individual saved note, open its lesson, clear the note, and save it again. Contact support if you need help. Local notes remain until you clear them or the app’s data is removed.
If you email support
We receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send through Google’s email service. We use them to respond to your request and investigate problems. Please avoid including private journal entries or sensitive information unless necessary. Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle the request and relevant follow-up; you may ask us to delete it. Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations or resolving disputes. See Google’s privacy policy.
Email updates
Email subscriptions are not currently enabled. Sending a support email does not subscribe you to marketing. If we introduce optional updates, we will explain the purpose, provider, consent, retention, and unsubscribe process before collecting subscription addresses.
Sharing and your choices
Serius does not sell your notes or support correspondence. Information needed to operate this website and answer support messages is handled by the services described above, which may process data in other countries. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise those rights. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned.

The date above identifies this notice’s latest revision. Material changes to data handling will be explained before the relevant feature is enabled.
